CVS Health is hiring for "Senior Analyst, Health Coach Wellness - New York" in New York, NY. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $47k to $112k per year. The job is in the Population Health and Wellness team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized health and wellness coaching
• Conduct health risk assessments
• Create customized wellness action plans
• Facilitate wellness workshops and educational sessions
• Track participant progress and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Three years experience in wellness coaching
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel to client location daily
• High-speed hard-wired internet connection
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Health coaching certification (preferred)
• Experience in behavior change programs (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (preferred)
