What you'll do

• Contact members and providers via phone
• Explain health benefits and medication coverage
• Assist members with scheduling health services
• Address barriers to member health
• Document member interactions in health records

Requirements

• High computer literacy
• Proficiency with Windows and web applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Hard wired computer connectivity
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
• Experience with HEDIS screening measures (preferred)
• Experience with behavior change (preferred)
