What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls regarding prior authorizations
• Document reviews accurately and timely
• Escalate clinical questions to pharmacists
• Process prior authorizations via fax and ePA
• Monitor and respond to department mailbox inquiries

Requirements

• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask across applications
• Basic pharmaceutical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Associate or Bachelor degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio (preferred)
