How you’ll contribute
A Technician, Medication Reconciliation who excels in this role:
Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
Repackages bulk medications.
Collects accurate home medications lists for all inpatients.
Delivers medication to the proper patient care areas in an accurate and timely manner and within established guidelines.

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Must be registered with the State Board of Pharmacy, upon hire or within 90 days of employment in position per state guidelines or be actively enrolled in a College of Pharmacy.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification – preferred.
Three years hospital or retail pharmacy experience - preferred.
