AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Veterinary Technician in Texas. The job is part-time at a clinic. Pay starts at $15 per hour.

What you'll do

• Assist veterinarians in clinic and surgery
• Perform venipuncture and catheter placement
• Analyze fecal samples and blood work
• Position and acquire radiographs
• Administer medications and fluid therapy

Requirements

• One year veterinary technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Work shifts sometimes exceeding 12 hours
• One year veterinary technician experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
