Veterinary Technician. On-site, San Diego, CA

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Veterinary Technician in San Diego, CA. The job is part-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $26 to $30 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

What you'll do

• Room patients and obtain medical histories
• Perform blood draws and run laboratory tests
• Assist with anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Perform digital radiology and dental procedures
• Provide client education and communication

Requirements

• Current veterinary technician license
• Experience with animal handling and restraint
• Three plus years of veterinary experience (preferred)
