Veterinary Technician. On-site, Texas

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Veterinary Technician in Texas. The job is full-time at a clinic. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday, 9-hour shift, no weekends.

What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture
• Collect specimens for lab submission
• Handle and restrain animals
• Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia
• Place I.V. catheters

Requirements

• Three years veterinary technician experience
• Carry up to 40lbs unassisted
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Follow written and verbal instructions
