What you'll do

• Educate patients on Medicare and insurance options
• Advocate for patients regarding medical bills
• Manage welcome visits for new patients
• Assist patients with public benefit applications
• Provide customer service and center tours

Requirements

• Computer proficiency in office software
• US work authorization
• Experience with insurance coverage (preferred)
• Sales background (preferred)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
