Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator. On-site, Oklahoma

CVS Health is hiring for "Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator" in Oklahoma. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year.

What you'll do

• Educate patients on complex PAH therapies
• Initiate patients on various PAH medications
• Coordinate patient care plans with clinical teams
• Provide in-person infusion training to patients
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Two years critical or acute care experience
• Experience providing high-tech infusions
• Live within one hour of OKC airport
• Ability to travel by car and airplane
• Maintain valid driver license and insurance
• Experience caring for PAH patients (preferred)
• Home healthcare experience (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
