Requirements

• Two years in care management
• Knowledge of New York Medicaid and Medicare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel for member visits
• Experience with MLTC populations (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAS-NY assessment processes (preferred)
