Clinical Social Worker. On-site, Connecticut

Requirements

• Master of Social Work degree
• State social work license
• Proficient computer skills
• US work authorization
• Complex care coordination experience (preferred)
• Medical social work experience (preferred)
• Multidisciplinary team experience (preferred)
