Customer Service Representative. On-site, Massachusetts

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts. The job is part-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $18 to $20 per hour.

What you'll do

• Manage appointments and answer phone calls
• Process patient information and billing transactions
• Greet clients and provide post-visit instructions
• Maintain organized records and reception area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Basic technology and scheduling software proficiency
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Veterinary or healthcare setting experience (preferred)
