Customer Service Representative. Hybrid, Tennessee

CVS Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Tennessee. The job is full-time and hybrid, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour. The job is in Final Expense and Life Claims Operations team. The schedule is Tues-Thurs in office.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries
• Provide claim status updates
• Explain policy benefits and documentation
• Assist with premium payment inquiries
• Document interactions across multiple systems

Requirements

• One year customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to navigate multiple applications
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Manage high-volume customer interactions
• Two years life insurance experience (preferred)
• Experience with claims administration (preferred)
• Experience handling sensitive customer situations (preferred)
