Customer Service Representative. On-site, Maine

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Maine. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $18 to $21 per hour. The schedule is No weekends, late evenings or emergency coverage after hours.

What you'll do

• Manage scheduled appointments and lobby triage
• Operate multi-line telephone system
• Process client payments and maintain cash drawer
• Maintain accurate client and pet records
• Provide administrative support for clinic operations

Requirements

• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Problem solving and adaptability skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer efficiency and attention to detail
• One year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology (preferred)
