Customer Service Representative. On-site, Florida

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Florida. The job is part-time at a hospital. The schedule is weekday and/or Saturday shifts.

What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets professionally
• Manage multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in process
• Process payments and prepare invoices
• Maintain patient records and hospital cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous customer service or reception experience
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work around animals
• Previous veterinary or medical experience (preferred)
