Customer Service Representative. Hybrid, Tennessee

CVS Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Tennessee. The job is full-time and hybrid, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour. The schedule is 3 days a week in-office.

What you'll do

• Respond to member and provider inquiries
• Document customer interactions in systems
• Educate customers on plan benefits
• Research claims and eligibility issues

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
• Knowledge of claims and authorization processes (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (preferred)
