Customer Service Representative. On-site, Tennessee

What you'll do

• Support agents with commission inquiries
• Research and resolve payment concerns
• Document agent interactions and resolutions
• Educate agents on commission processes
• Collaborate with internal business partners

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurance or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
• SQL experience (preferred)
• Associates degree in related field (preferred)
