Customer Service Representative. Remote, Arizona

CVS Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Arizona. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm Arizona Time.

What you'll do

• Resolve member inquiries via phone or correspondence
• Educate members on health plan resources
• Document and track member interactions
• Explain benefit plans and policies
• Process appeals and pre-authorizations

Requirements

• One year call center experience
• One year health insurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Healthcare environment experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
