What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching

• Motivate members toward sustainable behavior changes
• Document coaching sessions and member progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Five years health coaching experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using telehealth and digital platforms
