Healthcare Administrator. Hybrid, Texas

CVS Health is hiring a Healthcare Administrator in Texas. The job is full-time and hybrid at a clinic. Pay runs from $110k to $238k per year. The schedule is Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday remote.

What you'll do

• Manage operations of 15 regional clinics
• Lead team of NPs, PAs, and LVNs/LPNs
• Ensure compliance with clinical practice standards
• Review clinical and quality safety metrics
• Develop intervention strategies for process improvement

Requirements

• Five years experience as APN or PA
• Two years experience managing teams
• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA studies
• Reside in Ft. Worth / Dallas Area
