Healthcare Administrator. On-site, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Healthcare Administrator in North Carolina. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $47k to $102k per year. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff
• Manage daily clinic operations
• Implement operational initiatives and workflows
• Ensure patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
• Maintain clinic safety and security

Requirements

• Two or more years supervisory experience
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Proficient technology and EHR skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• US work authorization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
• Experience driving team metrics (preferred)
• Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (preferred)
