What you'll do

• Process member and provider service requests
• Verify eligibility and benefits information
• Screen requests for medical services
• Approve non-medical service requests
• Coordinate with case managers and nurses

Requirements

• One to two years clinical experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Hardwired internet connection
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
• One to two years call center experience (preferred)
• One to two years prior authorization experience (preferred)
• Associates degree (preferred)
