What you'll do

• Process specialty medication prior authorization requests
• Communicate prior authorization status to stakeholders
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Maintain accurate documentation of case information
• Provide after hours nurse availability for urgent requests

Requirements

• Prior work experience in Novologix
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High mental agility and alertness
• Ability to prioritize work with urgency
• Zero to three years work experience (preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing (preferred)
