Medical Scribe. On-site, Illinois

CVS Health is hiring a Medical Scribe in Illinois. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour. The schedule is 40-45 hours per week during clinic hours.

What you'll do

• Document patient encounters in real time
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Prepare after visit summaries
• Support clinical documentation improvement
• Place orders and referrals

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Commitment of at least 1-2 years
• Prior clinical experience (preferred)
• Prior scribe or transcription experience (preferred)
