Medical Scribe. On-site, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Medical Scribe in North Carolina. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $17.00 to $25.65 per hour. The schedule is 40-45 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Document patient encounters in structured notes
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Prepare after visit summaries
• Support daily huddles and clinical reviews
• Place orders and referrals

Requirements

• Commitment of at least one year
• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to stand or move for 6-7 hours
• Healthcare-based degree program student or graduate (preferred)
• Experience in detail-oriented roles (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications (preferred)
