Medical Scribe. On-site, Chicago, IL

CVS Health is hiring a Medical Scribe in Chicago, IL. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour. The schedule is 40-45 hours per week during clinic hours.

What you'll do

• Observe and document patient encounters in real-time
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Prepare after visit summaries
• Support daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews
• Place orders and referrals

Requirements

• Commit to at least one year
• Type 70 words per minute
• Strong computer literacy
• Fluency in Spanish
• Work in-person in clinics
• Medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
• Prior clinical experience (preferred)
• Prior scribe or transcription experience (preferred)
