Medical Scribe. On-site, Alabama

CVS Health is hiring a Medical Scribe in Alabama. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you'll do

• Document patient encounters in EMR
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Retrieve external medical records
• Process orders and referrals
• Support daily team huddles

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Computer proficiency
• Commitment to one year
• Reliable on-site attendance
• Prior clinical exposure (preferred)
• Type 70+ wpm (preferred)
