Mental Health Therapist. Remote, Pennsylvania

CVS Health is hiring a Mental Health Therapist in Pennsylvania. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday, Friday Business Hours No Weekends | No Holidays.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and psychosocial assessments
• Develop individualized care plans for members
• Coordinate care with providers and community resources
• Perform crisis intervention and ensure treatment access
• Document interactions using clinical systems

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Three years post-master's direct clinical experience
• Three years treating mental health and substance use
• Three years experience in crisis intervention
• Strong technical proficiency for telephonic documentation
• Case Management experience (preferred)
• Discharge Planning experience (preferred)
