Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Missouri

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Missouri. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $87k to $187k per year. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you'll do

• Provide value-based primary care to adults
• Administer annual wellness visits and health assessments
• Coordinate care with specialists and testing facilities
• Educate patients on conditions and care plans

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing or DNP
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization
• Experience in primary care (preferred)
• Knowledge of HCC and ICD-10 coding (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
