CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Delaware. The job is full-time in patients' homes. Pay runs from $87k to $187k per year. The schedule is 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home health evaluations
• Perform medication and medical history reviews
• Complete physical evaluations
• Administer diagnostic tests as ordered
• Provide health education to patients

Requirements

• Active unrestricted license in coverage area
• Ability to obtain multi-state licenses
• Ability to travel up to 100 percent
• Comfort working in diverse home environments
