Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Ohio

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, every other weekend.

• Provide primary and family care
• Perform diagnostic tests and examinations
• Manage patient health problems
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Complete administrative clinic tasks

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Pass a FIT test
• EPIC experience (preferred)
