What you'll do

• Provide primary and family care
• Perform diagnostic tests
• Manage patient health problems
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Complete administrative clinic tasks

Requirements

• One year experience as Nurse Practitioner
• Two years medically relevant experience
• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Pass a FIT test
• EPIC experience (preferred)
