Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Indiana

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $37.66 to $81.11 per hour. The schedule is every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in wellness services
• Complete essential clinic operations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
• One year of NP experience
• Physical presence at assigned clinic
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
• Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (preferred)
• Experience in virtual care environment (preferred)
