Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Indiana

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana. The job is part-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour. The schedule is P/T, E/O W/End.

What you'll do

• Assess diagnose and treat acute chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual patient visits
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Manage clinic operations and inventory

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Active unrestricted state APRN license
• Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking
• One year of NP experience (preferred)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
• Experience in virtual care environment (preferred)
