Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Idaho

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Idaho. The job is part-time in patients' homes. Pay runs from $37.66 to $81.11 per hour. The schedule is 29.5 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home health evaluations
• Review patient medication and medical history
• Perform physical evaluations
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services
• Conduct virtual visits as needed

Requirements

• Active unrestricted license in coverage area
• Ability to travel locally
• Comfort working in diverse home environments
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)
