CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island. The job is full-time in patients' homes. Pay runs from $96k to $206k per year. The schedule is 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home health evaluations
• Review patient medication and medical history
• Perform physical evaluations
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services
• Conduct virtual visits as needed

Requirements

• Active unrestricted license in coverage area
• Ability to travel locally
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)
