Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Kentucky

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $78k to $169k per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Provide primary care to Medicare adults
• Conduct office visits for routine issues
• Perform wellness visits and risk assessments
• Coordinate care with specialists and agencies
• Educate patients on health conditions

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing or DNP
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• US Work Authorization
• Experience in primary care (preferred)
• Knowledge of HCC and ICD-10 coding (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
