Nurse Practitioner. On-site, New Jersey

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey. The job is part-time in patients' homes, 29.5 hours a week. Pay is $125 per hour.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home health evaluations
• Review medication and medical history
• Perform physical evaluations
• Perform diagnostic tests as ordered
• Document findings using clinical software

Requirements

• Travel locally to patient homes
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments
• Ability to work with pets and allergens
• Multi-state medical licenses (preferred)
