Nurse Practitioner. On-site, New Mexico

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in New Mexico. The job is part-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $87k to $187k per year.

What you'll do

• Provide value-based primary care to adults
• Perform annual wellness visits and health assessments
• Coordinate care with specialists and agencies
• Educate patients on conditions and care plans

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing or DNP
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization
• Experience in primary care (preferred)
• Knowledge of HCC documentation and ICD-10 coding (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
