Job description
Work Schedule 80% FTE, part-time. Day shift. You will work at the UW Health Spring Brook Clinic. You may be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEU. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as an occupational therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
