What you'll do

• Manage pharmacy operational performance
• Consult with partners on medication needs
• Improve supply chain and pharmacy processes
• Mentor and develop pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations

Requirements

• Five years of operations management experience
• Ability to travel 20 percent of time
• Prior healthcare or supply chain experience (preferred)
• Long term care experience (preferred)
• PharmD or Master degree (preferred)
