Pharmacist. Remote, South Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in South Carolina. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $45.43 to $76.15 per hour. The job is in Clinical Intervention Center. The schedule is Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm, every third weekend.

What you'll do

• Perform clinical assessments and medication therapy interventions
• Manage rejected clinical claims and coordinate alternative therapies
• Initiate prior authorizations and medical exceptions
• Provide medication therapy management services
• Generate therapeutic interchange requests for prescribers

Requirements

• Proficiency in clinical drug interaction interpretation
• Willingness to obtain South Carolina pharmacy license
• Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses
• Knowledge of long term care regulations (preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist in multiple states (preferred)
