Physician. On-site, Missouri

CVS Health is hiring a Physician in Missouri. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $184k to $397k per year. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor health center Medical Directors
• Practice primary care in clinics
• Lead provider hiring and onboarding
• Manage clinical quality and utilization metrics
• Represent company to external strategic partners

Requirements

• Five years outpatient primary care experience
• Three years medical director leadership experience
• Experience managing twenty or more providers
• Expertise in value-based care models
• Valid US work authorization
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
• M.B.A. degree (preferred)
• M.P.H. or J.D. degree (preferred)
