Registered Nurse. On-site, Wisconsin

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Educate patients on PAH therapies
• Provide infusion training and clinical support
• Coordinate patient care plans with medical teams
• Visit patients in their homes
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Two years critical or acute care experience
• Experience providing high-tech infusions
• Reside within one hour of Milwaukee airport
• Ability to travel for patient visits
• Advanced computer skills
• Experience caring for PAH patients (preferred)
• IL RN licensure (preferred)
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience (preferred)
