Registered Nurse. On-site, Ohio

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care and support teams
• Provide triage and symptom management
• Manage medications and prescription refills
• Educate patients on chronic conditions
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• US work authorization
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Two years of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Previous clinic setting experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently (preferred)
