Registered Nurse. On-site, Wisconsin

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $29.10 to $62.32 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, flexible, occasional Saturday.

What you'll do

• Provide infusion therapies in patient homes
• Deliver one-on-one nursing care
• Educate patients on treatment plans
• Document patient care activity

Requirements

• One year nursing experience
• One year infusion or IV experience
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Home healthcare experience (preferred)
• CRNI certification (preferred)
