Registered Nurse. On-site, New York

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in New York. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $73k to $156k per year.

What you'll do

• Perform patient triage and clinical assessments
• Manage chronic conditions using standardized protocols
• Administer medications and perform wound care
• Conduct point-of-care testing and lab reviews
• Coordinate complex care plans with providers

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare experience
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Ability to assess patients remotely
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
• Previous clinic setting experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently (preferred)
• Fluency in community languages (preferred)
