Registered Nurse. On-site, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care and support
• Provide triage and symptom management
• Manage medications and prescription refills
• Educate patients on chronic conditions
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy

Requirements

• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Assess patients without face-to-face interaction
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Interdisciplinary care team collaboration (preferred)
• Effective problem solving and prioritization (preferred)
• Two years of healthcare experience (preferred)
