Registered Nurse. Remote, Ohio

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ohio. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday, Friday, 8:00 AM, 6:00 PM, no weekends.

What you'll do

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face member assessments
• Develop individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate services and resources for members
• Identify risks and remove barriers to care
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Three years acute care hospital experience
• Three to five years acute oncology experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Compact RN license (preferred)
• Certified oncology or chemotherapy nurse (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
