Registered Nurse. Hybrid, Phoenix, AZ

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Phoenix, AZ. The job is part-time and hybrid in patients' homes. Pay runs from $29.10 to $62.32 per hour. The schedule is flexible schedule of approximately 24-25 hours/week.

What you'll do

• Educate patients on PAH therapies
• Provide infusion training and clinical support
• Coordinate patient care plans with medical teams
• Visit patients in their homes
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Live within Phoenix Metro Area
• Two years critical or acute care experience
• Experience providing high-tech infusions
• Valid driver license and auto insurance
• Advanced computer skills
• Experience with pulmonary arterial hypertension (preferred)
• Home healthcare experience (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
